About Us
The Vancouver City Youth League (VCYL), powered by The City League Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to providing kids with opportunities to learn and play the game of basketball. Through leagues, camps, and events, we help young athletes build confidence, character, and community on and off the court.
